Dressing in the Keiko Gi¶

If you have started practicing Aikido and already have a uniform (gi), you should learn how to tie your belt. The sooner you do, the better. If for no other reason than a properly tied belt will never come undone and won’t distract you during practice—and not just you, but your training partner as well. This video will teach you how to do it. Watch out for a few videos where they tie the belt incorrectly or untidily. :-)
